• Maintain manufacturing process and support equipment to high performance levels.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to address safety, quality, downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans including PM and lubrication.
• Apply predictive maintenance methods such as Infrared Thermography, oil sampling, and ultrasound.
• Mentor Reliability Techs and assist Leads in equipment installation/removal.
