Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Reliability Tech A for the D Shift Nights at Shaw Plant 78 in Aiken, SC.

The role focuses on maintaining and improving equipment performance, including mechanical systems, conveyors, power transmission components, and related control technology. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and contribute to process improvements while mentoring junior technicians and coordinating with operations.

Qualifications

• Safety practices including LOTO, Confined Space, PPE, Hot Work, PIT, Fall Protection.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics; basic sketches.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing process and support equipment to high performance levels.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment impacting safety, quality, downtime and productivity.
• Execute PM, PdM, and CM activities including lubrication and condition monitoring.
• Support work orders and PI efforts; mentor junior Reliability Techs.
