Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety-minded maintenance technician with mechanical and electrical understanding.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and perform basic repairs.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to high performance levels, including bearings, pulleys, belts, motors, gearboxes.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment affecting safety, quality, downtime, or productivity.
• Act on proactive maintenance plans (PM, PdM, CM) and support process improvements.
• Mentor junior techs and collaborate with operations leadership on reliability.
• Execute work orders and participate in root-cause analysis as needed.
