Job summary

Spring View Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 7p-7a night shift in Lebanon, KY. You will deliver direct patient care on the Women’s Services unit, employing a patient-centered approach and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role emphasizes nursing process, documentation, safety, and timely communication to support healthy patient outcomes. RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS within 12 months; neonatal care credentials encouraged.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 12 months of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE training encouraged within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medications, specimens and treatments.
• Document patient care accurately in the chart.
• Monitor and communicate patient status to the care team and family.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinate patient transfers, discharges and referrals as needed.
• Provide patient/family education tailored to age and culture.
