Job summary

Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a registered nurse for the fulltime night shift from 7pm to 7am in the Women's Services unit. You will provide direct patient care, document care, and collaborate with the team to support critically ill patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.
• ASLS certification preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other care.
• Documents patient care given and monitors patient condition.
• Collaborates with care team for transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Aids patients with activities of daily living and educates patient/family.
• Advocates for patient wellbeing and uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
