Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care per plan of care, including meds, assessments, wound care and documentation.
• Supervising nursing assistants/STNAs and coordinating with team.
• Monitoring residents, noting changes and informing physician and team.
• Maintaining a positive, resident-focused environment.
