Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio is seeking an RN (Registered Nurse) for PRN night shifts. You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care from admission through discharge and work with physicians, families, and the care team.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred

Aufgaben

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with the resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation
• Supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants/STNAs
• Monitoring residents' conditions, promptly recognizing changes, and notifying the physician and appropriate team members
• Promoting a positive, respectful, and resident-focused environment
