Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift 7p-7a. The RN provides safe, compassionate care, administers medications, performs assessments, and coordinates with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plan, including meds, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants/STNAs in daily activities.
• Monitor residents' conditions, report changes to physician/team.
• Maintain a respectful, resident-centered care environment.
