Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans, including meds, assessments, wound care and documentation.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants/STNAs on daily activities.
• Monitor residents, recognize changes, notify physician and team.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment.
