Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Clermont County, Ohio is seeking an experienced RN for the night shift to join our patient-centered team. You will provide direct nursing care, perform medication administration, wound care, and assessments according to each resident's plan of care, while maintaining accurate documentation and safety standards.

You will collaborate with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program or college/university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with the resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants/STNAs.
• Monitoring residents' conditions, promptly recognizing changes, and notifying the physician and appropriate team members.
• Promoting a positive, respectful, and resident-focused environment.

As an RN at Sunrise Manor, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to our residents from admission through discharge. You will work collaboratively with the physician, family, and interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with the resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation
