Job summary

The Meadows of Central Massachusetts, part of Vibra Healthcare, seeks an experienced RN for the 11p-7am shift. You will perform comprehensive assessments, provide direct care, and supervise nursing tasks to support short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

Ideal candidates hold MA RN licensure with BLS, and have 1 year of med/surg or rehab experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.
• One year of med/surg, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine nursing services.
• Provide direct care and supervise delegated nursing tasks.
• Manage resident care and monitor quality of care during shift.
• Coordinate resident activities and communicate major needs to managers.
