The Meadows Skilled Nursing, part of Vibra Healthcare, seeks an RN for night shift (11p-7am) to join our team. The role requires comprehensive resident assessment, direct care provision, and supervision of nursing staff within a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in-state.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of med/surg, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine nursing needs for residents and families.
• Provide direct care and supervise delegated nursing tasks, ensuring quality of care.
• Coordinate resident activities and communicate major occurrences to the Program Manager or Nursing Supervisor.
