The Meadows facility seeks a clinically skilled nurse with active nursing licensure, BLS certification, and a willingness to support short-term rehabilitation and geriatric patients within a Vibra-supported system.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and direct patient care for assigned residents.
• Supervise nursing care, delegate tasks, and monitor quality of care.
• Liaise with the Program Manager and Nursing Supervisor regarding major occurrences and needs.
