Job summary

Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- One year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine nursing services required.
- Deliver direct care and supervise nursing care under clinical supervision.
- Coordinate with Program Manager/Nursing Supervisor and communicate major occurrences and needs.
