Job summary

The Meadows Skilled Nursing in Central Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team from 11pm to 7am. You will provide direct resident care, follow the nursing process, and support the unit under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN license in good standing and a current BLS certification; one year of clinical experience is preferred, with more in medical/surgical settings.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• 3 years medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Area-specific experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Computer literacy in job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care using the nursing process to residents.
• Ensure unit runs smoothly under supervision of RN.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise delegated tasks.
