Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 7p-7a, 36-hour weekly schedule on the night shift. You will deliver patient care using the Nursing Process, assess patients, plan discharge, and coordinate care within a dynamic central Massachusetts health system.

The role requires MA nursing licensure and BLS; ACLS may be required for certain units. BSN is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration is required.
• BLS is required; ACLS certification current is preferred for some units.
• BSN is highly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
