Job summary

Iredell Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality inpatient care on the night shift. The RN will prescribe nursing care, delegate activities, and coordinate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care to align with the hospital’s mission and standards.

The role requires NC RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS and PALS within designated timelines, orientation participation, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform movements as required for patient

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse licensure.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire.
• PALS required within 1 year of hire.
• Must complete orientation covering age and population-specific skills and growth needs.

Responsibilities

• Prescribes nursing care and delegates nursing activities.
• Coordinates assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Ensures care aligns with hospital mission, nursing philosophy, objectives and standards.
