Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One year of nursing experience.

• Education - Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs of self.
• Evaluation of Care - Identifies expected patient outcomes and communicates with the team.
• Implementation - Delivers care for patients with complex problems and coordinates resources.
• Leadership - Supports goals and collaborates across departments.
• Patient Assessment - Synthesizes assessment data to plan care and discharge needs.
• Planning - Plans care with patient/family and utilizes multidisciplinary resources.
• Research - Stays informed by journals and shares ideas with the team.
