Job summary

Iredell Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 7:00PM - 7:00AM schedule (36 hours per week), with every 4th weekend worked. The RN will prescribe nursing care, delegate activities, and coordinate assessments to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Candidates must hold NC RN licensure, BCLS certification, and complete unit-specific orientation. The role requires the ability to move and lift as part of patient care, with a focus on safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in North Carolina.
• Certification in BCLS.
• Successful completion of a hospital and unit-specific orientation which includes age and population specific skills.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse prescribes nursing care, delegates nursing activities, and coordinates assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Delivers care consistent with the hospital’s mission, nursing philosophy, objectives and standards.
