Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform age and disease specific assessment independently.
• Develop a plan of care and coordinate its implementation.
• Communicate with patient, family and healthcare team.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning technology.
• Maintain ongoing documentation of patient status.
