Job summary

Wellstar Health System Cobb Hospital in Georgia seeks a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse for the Night shift. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care under Nurse Managers and Wellstar governance.

You will uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, participate in performance improvement, and tutor others as a preceptor when needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; BLS certification required.
• Experience preferred; minimum 1 year direct patient care in clinical setting.
• Demonstrates patient-centered care and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and participate in governance and quality initiatives.
