Jackson County Hospital District is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse for night shifts in the Nursing department. The RN will oversee total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for each patient, including discharge planning and patient/family education to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient status, coordinating with the care team, and maintaining accurate records while providing a safe, compliant care

Qualificações

• RN license in Texas (current).
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• TNCC within one year of hire.
• One year of professional RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing patient care planning.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safe care environment.
• Collaborate with the health care team for holistic patient needs.
