Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the night shift. You will deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license and CPR certification.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports changes in resident health to supervisors and physicians.
• Directs and supervises nursing assistants and leads care coordination.
• Mentors lead resident care assistants in their duties.
• Coordinates care with community providers via case management.
• Balances service needs with resident independence.
• Responds to emergencies and uses emergency systems appropriately.
