Benchmark Crossings in Nashua, NH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time evening shifts (2p-10p). The pay ranges from $34.50 to $38.50 per hour. The role involves delivering nursing care in a warm, home-like environment as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience; elderly care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports any significant changes in resident health to supervisors per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management processes.
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Recognizes and reports elder abuse or exploitation per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and uses personal emergency response system.
