Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Bedford Falls is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants to join our team overnight from 11 PM to 7 AM. As an LNA, you will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment and support daily activities.

This full-time overnight role requires a valid PCA/HHA/LNA license; prior nursing home experience is preferred. Benchmark offers extensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, 401k, and wellness programs to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
