Crestwyn Behavioral Health Hospital, part of Acadia Healthcare, in the Memphis, TN area, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week, full-time assignment on the night shift (7:00p–7:00a). The role offers a fixed rate of $55 per hour and may convert to a regular full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state of employment or be eligible to practice nursing.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral experience a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions.
• Provide nursing care within the standards of nursing practice and facility policies.
• Administer medications per orders and document administration.
• Demonstrate therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
