Christadelphian Aged Care is seeking two Permanent Part-time Registered Nurses for night shifts across our North Parramatta and Gladesville homes. You will provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in line with standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of Assistants in Nursing.
• Act as a clinical decision-maker and respond to residents' changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
• Promote safety, respect, and collaboration within the team.

About the role

We have 2 x Permanent Part-time positions for experienced Registered Nurses looking for night shift to join our team. Rostered shifts will be across our homes in North Parramatta and Gladesville.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.
• Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents' conditions.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.

About you

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities.
• A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people.
• Police Check
