Bupa St Ives on Sydney's Upper North Shore invites you to join our warm care home as a Registered Nurse. We support residents with person-centred care across afternoon and night shifts, including weekends, with a pathway to career development.

You will be registered with AHPRA, work in a collaborative team, and participate in induction and buddy program, with a strong focus on resident rights and compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
• Passion and energy for world-class care.
• Solid understanding of Resident Rights and aged care accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents.
• Collaborate with care teams to plan and implement care.
• Support residents and families with clear communication.
• Complete required pre-employment checks as part of onboarding.
