Job summary

Premier Health Partners in Dayton, OH is seeking a Regional Referral Center (RRC) Coordinator for night shifts (7p–7a). You will handle paging, consults, direct admits, and transfers, and manage system alerts to ensure rapid responses for critical patients.

You’ll work closely with RRC RNs to facilitate patient flow, document calls, and escalate issues per protocols. This is a system-level role with broad internal/external coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School completion or GED.
• Preferred: Associate degree in healthcare field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in healthcare.
• Prior responsibilities: health care related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls to provide entry into Premier Health.
• Meet department call-handling and transfer benchmarks.
• Assist physicians with emergent and non-emergent transfers and consults.
• Transcribe and enter interactions into the department system.
• Enter data into paging and computer systems while communicating with providers.
• Coordinate with bed placement and transportation teams as needed.
