The Regional Referral Center (RRC) Coordinator at Premier Health coordinates calls for referrals, consults, and transfers across the system, serving internal and external customers. Working nights 7p–7a, you will enter data, support bed placement and patient flow, and collaborate with RRC RNs to ensure timely responses and smooth throughput within a 150-mile service area.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School completion or GED.
• Preferred: Associates degree in healthcare-related field.

Responsabilités

• Answers calls to provide entry to Premier Health.
• Meet department call-handling and transfer benchmarks.
• Assist physicians with emergent/non-emergent transfers and consults.
• Transcribe and enter interactions into department systems.
• Enter data while communicating with multiple providers on the phone.
• Complete documentation of transfers by end of shift.
• Coordinate with Patient Logistics and System Transportation for bed placement.
