Job summary

Premier Health Partners in Ohio is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) for nights, 7:00pm–7:30am, to partner with patients and families and provide physical, emotional and spiritual support in a safe, professional environment.

You will use the nursing process with evidence-based care to manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with an inter-professional team, and uphold the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and Nursing Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong organization skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Utilize the nursing process in conjunction with evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with and guide care delivered by the inter-professional team; act as a healer, teacher, leader and sentry.
• Maintain compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics and applicable regulatory standards.
