Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Plant maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience with conveyor belts, robotics, PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control maintenance efforts to keep equipment and facilities operational.
• Manage preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime.
• Schedule repairs with minimal production interference.
• Coordinate with other departments on equipment modifications and replacements.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance technicians.
