Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) for the 3rd shift to provide direct support in inpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment programs.

You will focus on patient safety, engagement, and daily operational support, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a structured, therapeutic environment and accurate documentation of observations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• 21+ with valid driver’s license if driving is assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient supervision and safety checks.
• Monitor patient behavior and report concerns to clinical staff.
• Respond to crisis situations using de‑escalation techniques.
• Maintain professional, therapeutic demeanor with patients.
