Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • CPR/BLS certification required; training available.
  • Valid driver’s license and be insurable through Team Recovery's insurance carrier.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors housing resident behavior and provides support and guidance through the recovery process.
  • Reminds clients of program rules and reports infractions promptly.
  • Performs rounds at all properties and inspects rooms, units, and medications.
  • Assists in admissions, prepares rooms, and handles house laundry.
  • Maintains communications via housing phone and documents incidents.
  • Maintains HIPAA and confidentiality; adheres to all policies.
  • Drives company vehicle to transport clients.
  • Attends staff meetings and trainings; participates in compliance reporting.
  • Performs other housing-related and administrative duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
CPR/BLS Certification
CDCA / QMHS / CPI Certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
