• Good driving record meeting safety and company insurance standards

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe patients in treatment and report to supervisor and clinical team
• Enforce facility program rules in a firm but fair manner
• Address problem behaviors with verbal de-escalation techniques
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and secure clinical records
• Support in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
• Coordinate with facility leadership to ensure successful operation of the facility
