Job summary

TPC Wellness in Mount Orab, OH is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist for the 3rd shift. The role combines resident supervision, documentation, transportation, and supportive coaching to maintain a safe, structured environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Active CDCA certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire; assistance provided by TPC Wellness.
• Ability to apply CBT principles in recovery-focused practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident safety and accountability.
• Build positive relationships with residents.
• Complete resident counts and facility checks.
• Write incident reports, shift reports, and logs.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and orientation.
• Conduct investigations and communicate findings.
• Collect urine drug screens.
• Monitor medication distribution.
• Transport residents to appointments, work sites, and court appearances.
• Participate in staff meetings, debriefings, and training.
