Signet Health's Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, Texas is hiring a Full-time Night shift Receptionist for a brand-new psychiatric hospital.

You will warmly welcome visitors and callers, relay messages, handle mail and supplies, and keep filing records, while upholding patient confidentiality and safety.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, excellent customer service, strong communication, and prior administrative experience with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors in person and a warm greeting over the telephone.
• Relays messages appropriately and delivers messages in a timely manner.
• Processes and distributes daily mail and communication.
• Maintains filing records as needed.
• Maintains security procedures and patient confidentiality.
• Receives and replenishes supplies.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment and reports equipment malfunctions.
• Other duties as assigned.
