Signet Health Corporation is seeking a Full-time Night shift Receptionist at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, Texas. The role supports patient access, visitor welcome, and phone coverage in a brand-new behavioral health hospital.

You will greet guests, relay messages, manage mail and filing, uphold patient confidentiality, and assist with supplies and safety procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. Excellent customer service and MS Office skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Prior administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors in person and a warm greeting over the telephone.
• Relays messages appropriately and delivers messages in a timely manner.
• Processes and distributes daily mail and communication.
• Maintains filing records as needed.
• Maintains security procedures and patient confidentiality.
• Receives and replenishes supplies.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment and reports equipment malfunctions.
• Other duties as assigned.
