Job summary

Signet Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Manager for weekend days (7a–7p) at the Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX. The role provides operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for inpatient units in a DNV-certified Texas hospital.

The Nurse Manager will supervise nursing staff, drive clinical outcomes, and ensure compliance with DNV, CMS, and HHSC rules. This on-site position requires strong leadership and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license; BLS; CPI or equivalent de-escalation certification or to be obtained shortly after hire.
• Minimum 5 years acute psychiatric/behavioral health nursing; at least 3 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations for assigned behavioral health units.
• Ensure staffing levels per acuity and regulations.
• Round on units multiple times daily to ensure care standards and safety.
• Lead regulatory readiness and quality reviews with unit teams.
• Partner with Quality/Risk on safety events and investigations.
