Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Rocky Hill, CT is hiring a Reach Truck Operator to replenish bin locations and put away inbound stock. You will maintain safe, accurate inventory and prepare pallets for storage, working in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

The role requires reach truck experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a forklift test with at least 80%. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• Reach truck experience is required and forklift test must be passed with 80% or better.
• Basic math skills for pallet height and counts; attention to pallet IDs.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Put away all product according to inventory control guidelines.
• Cut shrink wrap from pallets and wrap to ensure stability for transport.
• Report damage and inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in dock, facility areas, and per safety standards.
• Replenish empty pick bins and assist with other duties as assigned.
