Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator to safely operate equipment, load and unload trucks, and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized on the club floor. You will also assist with deliveries and maintain a clean, safe club environment.

The role requires completion of training, adherence to safety standards, and a strong focus on providing members with excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloads merchandise and materials to and from delivery trucks.
• Inspects and prepares delivery trucks for unloading.
• Transports merchandise and pallets safely throughout the club.
• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and food merchandise.
• Greets Members and provides prompt and courteous service.
