Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to replenish bins and stock warehouse locations. You will place inbound product in correct bins and ensure items are ready for picking, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires reach truck experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training on PPE and headset systems is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or related experience is a plus.
• Warehouse experience preferred; reach truck experience required.
• Must pass forklift/fork truck test with 80% or better.
• Able to prioritize requests from multiple sources.
• Basic math skills for pallet counts and IDs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Work at elevated heights wearing PPE (fall protection, etc.).
• Ability to follow directions via headset (VoCollect).
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Put away all product according to inventory control guidelines.
• Cut shrink wrap from pallets after placement in bins.
• Wrap pallets for stability and transport to storage.
• Report damage or inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain dock and facility cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain food safety and housekeeping standards.
• Replenish empty pick bins.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
