BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a Reach Truck Operator to continuously replenish empty bin locations and put away inbound product in proper bins, ensuring stock is ready for picking. You’ll operate pallet handling equipment, wrap pallets, and report discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and the ability to pass a forklift test with strong attention to detail. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach truck experience required.
• Ability to pass operational forklift test with 80% or better.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Put away all product according to inventory control guidelines.
• Replenish empty bin locations with available stock.
• Cut the shrink wrap from pallets and ensure stability.
• Wrap pallets and transport to storage areas.
• Report damage and inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in dock and facility areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
