Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is hiring a Full-time 3rd Shift Residential Re-Entry Specialist at the Drapelick Center in Bloomfield, CT. You will perform facility security tasks, client searches, urinalysis, and incident reporting while supporting re-entry processes.

You’ll coordinate transports, monitor medication self-administration, conduct intake and orientations, and support visitation supervision with a trauma-informed approach within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years’ experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Pass a Federal Bureau of Prisons background check.
• Attend 40hrs of FBOP required training, prior to working FBOP clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Urinalysis.
• Provide updates on client issues and incidents.
• Ensure security of facility keys and conduct searches as assigned.
• Transport clients as needed in a Company vehicle.
• Supervise all client visitations and document results.
• Complete intake on all new arrivals and facilitate client orientation.
