Job summary

Nestlé Jefferson factory is seeking a Factory Quality Technician to analyze ingredients and perform multiple tests on finished products to ensure regulatory and company standards are met. You will manage lab equipment, calibration, and maintenance while identifying trends and deviations.

The role supports TPM processes and uses RedZone and Poka; a 12‑hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule is required. HS diploma and 1+ year experience needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ingredients to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Perform tests on finished product samples and escalate when needed.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, perform cleaning and maintenance.
• Identify trends and deviations from specifications and report findings.
• Coordinate external services for calibration and equipment maintenance.
