Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor quality requirements according to company policies.
• Conduct inspections including in-process and final audits.
• Document and report inspection findings.

Skills

Knowledge of calipers

Experience with Quality Audits

Familiarity with statistical software

Knowledge of Six Sigma

Knowledge of SPC

Knowledge of Lean methodologies

Previous ISO 9001 experience

Job Details

• Audit and monitor quality requirements according to company policies including ISO 9001:2015 and SQF.
• Conduct inspections (in-process, incoming, final, dock audits).
• Initiate non-conformance reports as required.
• Document and report inspection findings; monitor corrective actions.
• Perform mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
• Read and interpret specifications and inspection sheets.
• Issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) as needed.
• Document information in databases and internal programs; communicate non-conformities to production.

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Experience with Quality Audits/Inspections.
• Familiarity with statistical software.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean methodologies.
• Previous ISO 9001 and/or SQF experience.
