Work Location:

Remote in Fishers, IN, with local travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing control systems
• Documenting verification and validation of systems
• Customer service and site management
• Coordination with team and customers for project requirements
• Staying current with product knowledge
• Enforcing safety standards and asset security
• Flexibility for overtime and overnight stays

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years HVAC/Controls experience; technical training preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean record
• Experience with DDC controls preferred

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to operate vehicles and safety equipment
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working at heights
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions

Compensation:

Base pay $30-$42+ per hour, with potential for commissions. Position classified as Safety Sensitive.
