The role requires data-driven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal direction across manufacturing teams.

Night shift oversight includes coordinating with production, coaching operators, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement with tools like PowerBI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 4+ years in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Solid ERP system knowledge preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training a plus; Green/Black Belt beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork across shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Assist Management in assessing performance and development of teams.
• Develop team maturity, coach teams, and ensure effective communication.
• Prepare shift schedules, record attendance, manage timecards, and report absenteeism.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and enforce policies.
• Drive production standards and continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
• Close training gaps using targeted lessons for operators.
• Schedule and assign personnel, monitor progress, and report shift results.
• Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders on personnel and production issues.
• Monitor run rates, uptime, and yield; escalate concerns with PowerBI and other tools.
