Job summary

CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead hourly production teams in achieving quality and production goals. You will supervise activities, provide defect feedback, and enforce policies and safety regulations on the shop floor.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or applied sciences, at least five years in manufacturing QA, and experience with QMS audits. Proficiency in Word/Excel and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience working with quality management systems (QMS) and conducting quality system audits.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of decisions and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate hourly production employees to meet quality and production goals.
• Provide daily defect feedback to production employees and management, ensuring transparency and timely corrective action.
• Interpret, communicate, and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Establish and adjust manpower to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate time and production records.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications; assist in problem resolution and general maintenance of machinery as needed.
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Develop and execute inspection and testing schedules for new launches.
• Ensure adherence to the collective bargaining agreement.
• Identify and document any issues related to the product, process, or quality system.
• Control further processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until deficiencies are corrected.
