Sealed Air is seeking a quality-minded supervisor to ensure production meets high-quality standards and customer expectations. You will lead a rotating night shift, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across processes and quality programs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing leadership, ERP experience, and strong communication skills. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on reducing quality incidents.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in manufacturing leadership with growing responsibility.
• Solid ERP system knowledge and statistical fundamentals.
• Lean Six Sigma training is a plus (Green/Black belt preferred).
• Strong communication and ability to present to groups.
• Experience with quality programs and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff, organize workflow and meet safety targets.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through performance management.
• Prepare staffing schedules and monitor attendance and timekeeping.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant work environment.
• Ensure product quality by monitoring production standards and processes.
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement using digital tools.
